Welcome to Java Serenity. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your trip.

1. General Information

Java Serenity is a travel advisor and transport service based in Central Java, Indonesia.
All bookings and services are arranged in partnership with local operators and transportation providers under our coordination.

2. Booking & Confirmation

    • Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, or email.

    • A reservation is considered confirmed once payment or deposit has been received.

    • Please review your itinerary and booking details carefully before payment.

3. Payments

    • Payments can be made via bank transfer, QRIS, or e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay).

    • Full payment is required at least 1 day before departure.

    • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fuel, toll, or operational adjustments.

4. Inclusions & Exclusions

Our tour prices generally include:

    • Private air-conditioned car

    • Professional driver

    • Fuel

They do not include:

    • Tour guide services

    • Meals and drinks

    • Hotel accommodations

    • Entrance tickets to attractions

    • Travel insurance

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

    • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before departure may receive a partial refund (after deduction of administrative fees).

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.

    • No-shows or late arrivals will be considered cancellations.

6. Travel Insurance

Java Serenity does not provide travel insurance. Travelers are encouraged to arrange their own insurance covering accidents, health, and personal belongings during the trip.

7. Responsibilities & Liabilities

    • Java Serenity acts only as a coordinator between guests and third-party providers (drivers, hotels, guides).

    • We are not liable for loss, injury, delay, or damage caused by natural events, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.

    • Travelers are responsible for their own safety, documents, and personal belongings.

8. Changes & Force Majeure

In case of weather issues, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances, Java Serenity reserves the right to modify the itinerary for safety and comfort.
We will always communicate any significant changes prior to departure.

9. Privacy Policy

Personal information provided during booking (name, contact, travel details) will be used solely for trip arrangements and not shared with unauthorized parties.

10. Agreement

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated above.
